Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at demir@leftywatches.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Tulika 30-1, Kristiine, Tallinn, Estonia, 10613 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping if paid (excluding any upgrades you selected)
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days without delay of your return notice or upon receipt of the returned watch—whichever comes first
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

We will arrange pickup at our own expense via DHL Express or FedEx.

You are liable only for any loss in value resulting from improper handling beyond what's necessary to assess the condition, features, and functionality of the watch.

All original documents, packaging, and accessories must be returned.

Please note:

Currency exchange differences and any bank fees between purchase and refund are the buyer's responsibility.

All items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and unworn
  • Include all original packaging
  • Be purchased directly from leftywatches.com

EU Orders

For orders within the European Union:

  • You can request a discounted 10 € DHL Express return label from us
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Full tracking is provided; however, we are not responsible for theft or loss during return shipping
  • Please return the package using our label

Orders Outside the EU

For all international orders outside the EU:

  • We also accept returns within 14 days of delivery
  • You can request a discounted 20 € DHL Express return label from us
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund
  • International returns must be shipped using DHL Express
  • Please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs documentation to avoid delays or duties

We are not responsible for loss or theft during international return shipping. Always use our label for full tracking and smooth customs handling.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
  • Original shipping charges will be refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
