Shipping policy

All LEFTY watches are made to order. Production can take up to 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available. Any delivery time provided after dispatch is an estimate only and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. LEFTY is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges.
